About the role
Float Pool Registered Nurse responsible for delivering resident-centered care across multiple units in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and provide wound and IV care for seniors and medically complex patients.
- Monitor patient conditions closely and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support rehab and long-term care goals.
- Ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR) and uphold infection control and safety standards.
- Participate in hands-on clinical activities, gaining exposure to diverse patient needs and fostering professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license.
- Strong clinical skills in assessments, medication management, and wound care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
