About the role
Float Pool Registered Nurse responsible for providing high-quality, resident-centered care across multiple units in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Floats between units based on resident acuity and census.
- Performs assessments, administers medications and treatments, and updates individualized care plans.
- Mentors and supports CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care.
- Upholds infection control and safety standards.
- Responds to changes in residents' conditions and ensures thorough documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt to different care environments.
