About the role
The Service Coordinator will provide excellent customer service while interacting and scheduling appointments with customers. This role involves answering calls, managing schedules, and following up via phone, text, and email with strong attention to detail. The Mobile Service Coordinator will handle inbound and outbound calls, assign work to technicians, and ensure smooth communication in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a background in logistics and transportation, excels in problem-solving, and is committed to delivering superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide concierge-level customer service via phone, in person, or electronic communication.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the daily schedule efficiently.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customers are informed about scheduled work.
- Manage email correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.
- Conduct follow-up calls after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with managers, supervisors, and the parts team to coordinate appointments.
- Maintain an accurate customer database and uphold response time standards.
- Schedule appointments with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate and manage customer quoting processes, ensuring accurate submissions through third-party systems for approval.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or an administrative role (Required).

Pay
Hourly pay range: $22.00 – $24.00. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on role and performance.
