Responsibilities
- Maintain regular oversight on approximately 4,000 fuel cards to ensure their issuance is within company policy
- Set up POV allowances, Type 1&2 driver assignments, and Type 2 quarterly mileage reports
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
- Manage the setup, tracking, and payoffs of vehicle leases
- Develop and Distribute Reports
- Fleet Accounting and Accounts Payable
- Vehicle Recordkeeping
- Lease Tracking
- Administer “Assignment and Use of Company Vehicles” policy
- Monitor and Analyze Fleet Related Data
Qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Business writing skills
- 3+ years database programing
- Experience in JD Edwards ERP business application (plus)
- MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, PowerBI
- Business Systems and Databases
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and data analysis
