Fleet Administrator

The Scottish Ambulance Service is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet team at the National Headquarters in Edinburgh on a part time basis, working Monday, Thursday and Friday. This is an exciting role to assist in the smooth running of the fast-paced Fleet department. As a Fleet Administrator, you will be expected to work pro-actively in all aspects of the role. You are required to be flexible and be able to cope with periods of pressure and competing demands. The Successful Candidate Will Have Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills The ability to produce accurate, timely and appropriately concise support Working knowledge of collecting and processing data to meet deadlines A strong teamwork ethic The ability to manage their workload effectively Experience and proficiency working with Microsoft Office packages To work in the United Kingdom, there is a legal requirement for an individual to demonstrate that they have the relevant permission to work in the country.
