About the role

At East Madison Toyota, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, we are seeking an experienced Financial Services Consultant to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand and select the best finance, insurance, and aftermarket options and products available for their vehicle.
• Process all deals accurately and properly to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Educate and update the sales team with current information about finance and lease programs, as well as the benefits of financing, insurance, and extended service programs.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with multiple finance and insurance sources, including manufacturers, to provide a wide range of competitive options for our customers.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations affecting new and used vehicle finance departments, and process finance and lease deals accurately, fairly, and in accordance with local, state, and federal statutes, as well as company policies.

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills relevant to calculations of new and used vehicle finance options.
