Physical Demands

• Bending, stooping, walking, and sitting for long periods
• Great manual dexterity and typing skills
• Must be able to safely lift up to 30 lbs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with medical or dental insurance billing
• Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in a professional setting with direct patient interaction preferred

Success Patterns

• One to three years experience with medical or dental insurance billing
• One to three years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical setting
• Has a reputation for excellent relations with patients and all office staff
• Has worked effectively as part of a team
• Able to improvise in a busy work environment
