About the role
This position supports financial aid routine and special projects for students relating to financial wellness, scholarships, and specialty programs such as dual degrees and accelerated MD and pathway programs.
Responsibilities
- Supports financial aid routine and special projects for students
- Provides support services to the College’s Financial Aid Office including the Director, Financial Aid Services
- Ensures accuracy and timely processing of financial aid applications and disbursements
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless student support
- Assists in the development and implementation of financial aid policies and procedures
- Monitors and reports on financial aid outcomes and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in financial aid administration or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations
- Understanding of institutional financial aid policies and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
