Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide support, clarification, and resolution to campuses to ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
- Review and process Financial Aid documentation in a multi-system environment for incoming and continuing students
- Review ISIR information to ensure accurate resolution of issues affecting student eligibility including c-codes, conflicting information, and verification requirements
- Manage all data changes and collaborate with campus staff to ensure timely and accurate collection of required student and parent information
- Review and process professional judgement for appeals and special circumstances as necessary
- Package Federal Financial Aid in accordance with all policies and regulations
- Maintain current knowledge of Federal Financial Aid and applicable regulations through conferences and online training
- Provide campus staff with guidance in data collection, eligibility, and verification processing
- Assist in preparation for and completion of annual federal financial aid audits
- Identify exiting students and process tuition refund calculations and Return to Title IV (R2T4) calculations in compliance with Federal Regulations
- Complete full account reviews for students scheduled to graduate
Education & Experience
- Associate Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous student financial aid experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office software applications
- Related industry experience in federal financial aid preferred
- Experience with Anthology Student management software preferred

- All Federal Student Loans must not be in default to gain access to NSLDS
- Continued employment is contingent on Federal Student Loans remaining in good standing
