Financial Aid Coordinator
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Financial Aid Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for students and internal teams at our San Antonio Campus. In this fast-paced, service-driven role, you’ll provide hands-on administrative and front-desk support, guide students and families through FAFSA completion, manage appointments and reports, and help triage requests across multiple departments. Ideal candidates have a background in financial services or banking and enjoy helping others.
Responsibilities
- Monitor student traffic for the Financial Aid Department.
- Answer a busy multi-line phone system in a professional manner.
- Check in new enrollments and create files for them.
- Enter data from FAFSAs and other information when presented.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year of customer service experience preferred.
- Previous multi-line telephone experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work at our Exton, PA campus — Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
