Decile Group (https://decilegroup.com) builds the infrastructure that powers venture capital firms. Our platform, Decile Hub, is used by hundreds of fund managers to run their operations, manage LPs, and make investments. We're a fintech company growing fast, and we need someone to keep our internal finance and people operations running at the same standard we hold our product to. This is not a traditional accounting or HR job. You will be working in a modern, cloud-native stack (Rippling, QuickBooks, Ignition), supporting a team that moves quickly, and owning processes end to end from day one.

About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and metrics
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Experience with cloud-based financial systems (Rippling, QuickBooks, Ignition)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
