Key Responsibilities

  • Support active monitoring of performance of portfolio investments
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and variance analysis for portfolio investments to support informed decision-making
  • Track asset and investment reporting and compliance obligations, such as debt covenants, filing deadlines, etc.
  • Partner with operating partners, JV partners, and portfolio company leadership to drive operational and financial performance improvements
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting tools, dashboards, and performance management processes that generate actionable insights for leadership and investment decision-making
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities across the portfolio and recommend practical solutions
  • Actively manage real estate assets, including tenant engagement, lease oversight, property manager coordination, and property-level performance monitoring
  • Serve as a key point of contact for tenants, property managers, operators, and other asset-level stakeholders
  • Monitor leasing activity, operating metrics, capital projects, and capital improvement opportunities to support asset performance objectives
  • Support and, where appropriate, lead portfolio divestment workstreams, transaction support, diligence, coordination, and transaction execution
  • Manage due diligence processes for company and real estate sales, including diligence request lists, data rooms, asset-level materials, financial analyses, reporting packages, and advisor coordination
  • Cook up with investment banks, legal counsel, technical advisors, operating partners, and counterparties throughout sale, financing, and strategic transaction processes
  • Aid in transaction structuring, including debt financing, partnership arrangements, recapitalizations, and other value realization initiatives
  • Support valuation processes, fund-level analysis, investor reporting, and preparation of quarterly and annual asset-level updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field required;
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, portfolio operations, or asset management; experience in agribusiness or private equity preferred;
  • Experience working with real assets or real estate portfolios, including tenant, operator, property manager, lease, capital project, or development-related workstreams;
  • Experience supporting or coordinating transaction, divestment, or exit processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, data room management, and advisor coordination.
