Operations / Finance Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Review fund administrator NAV reporting, quarter-end investor statements, and quarterly financial statements
• Review capital call and distribution calculations and notices
• Aid in preparation of fund annual reports and annual fund audit
• Support ad-hoc marketing and compliance projects
• Accounts payable & expense processing, including coding, routing, and reconciling invoices
• Month-end close support, including preparing journal entries and reconciliations
• Maintain intercompany entries and expense allocations
• Review and help prepare marketing and investor presentation materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics
• Two to three years of accounting industry or fund operations experience
• Experience in hedge fund or private fund audit preferred
• Ability to leverage AI tools for workflow streamlining
• Experience or interest in data sourcing and analytics
• Coding or scripting experience (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus

Pay

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000, Plus Bonus
