About the Role
Join Paul Mitchell The School as a full-time Finance Coordinator - Financial Aid Specialist. Depending on experience, you'll make $24.00 - $27.00/hour. We also offer terrific benefits and perks, including:

Requirements
- 2+ years of financial aid experience
- Solid work history with at least one verifiable reference
- Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills
- Ability to accurately interpret and follow federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work in-person at our Esani location
- Ability to use reports and spreadsheets to perform needs-based analyses and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- Ability to handle confidential information and always act with integrity
- Communication skills, professional mindset, and a commitment to accuracy
- Organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
Qualifications
- Ability to review financial documents
- Ability to speak with students about their finances
- Ability to determine student eligibility for grants and loans
- Ability to ensure all paperwork is processed on time and in compliance with state, federal, and institutional guidelines
