Field Support Manager Inspections - Southeast / South FL

Responsibilities

• Conduct racking inspections for stores in designated regions
• Provide safety and compliance training to store leadership
• Review engineering audits and offer feedback for improvement
• Identify trends and provide feedback on inspection processes
• Handle ad hoc requests related to inspections

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inspections or a related field
• Strong knowledge of National Rack Standards and safety compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau
• Effective communicator with the ability to explain complex ideas simply
• Prioritization of project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

Pay

$110,000 – $115,000 annually
