Field Support Manager Inspections - Pacific South/Pacific Central

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of racking systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate with store leadership regarding inspection schedules and findings
• Provide feedback on inspection processes and field trends
• Conduct audit reviews for continuous improvement
• Address immediate safety concerns and deliver training as necessary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in inspections or safety compliance
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, and presentation software
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts efficiently
