Field Access Manager (FAM) - Southern Florida

For our client, we are seeking a Field Access Manager (FAM) - Southern Florida to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will focus on improving patient access to therapy by identifying barriers, coordinating reimbursement support, and partnering closely with provider offices and internal stakeholders. The position will analyze access data, monitor key performance metrics, and translate findings into practical action plans that strengthen launch readiness and ongoing market access execution. You will serve as a subject matter expert across cross-functional teams, helping drive efficiency and resolve complex access and reimbursement cases in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $174,600 – $203,700 annually Responsibilities Lead proactive identification and resolution of patient access barriers Partner with HCP offices for benefits verification and support Analyze HUB and payer data to identify access gaps Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency Support launch readiness by identifying access barriers Monitor key access performance metrics and translate insights into action plans Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field reimbursement or related market access roles Strong understanding of payer dynamics and reimbursement pathways Experience with HUB systems and specialty pharmacy data feeds Demonstrated ability to resolve complex access and reimbursement cases Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage 401(k) retirement benefits with employer match Equity options, including stock options and/or restricted stock units Learning and wellness stipends Paid time off Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
