Field Support Manager Inspections - Mid Atlantic/South Atlantic

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 80% of store racking inspections across the assigned territory
• Provide feedback on inspection processes and emerging field trends
• Review independent engineering audit findings
• Collaborate with store leaders on safety and compliance training
• Handle ad hoc inspection requests as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inspections or a related field
• A high school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tableau
• Strong communication and project management skills

Pay

• $110,000 – $115,000 annually

Schedule

• Overnight travel more than 50% of the time
