Field Support Manager Inspections - NY/NJ Metro

Responsibilities

• Conduct store racking inspections across the assigned territory
• Coordinate with store leaders on safety and compliance issues
• Provide feedback on the inspection process and field trends
• Review independent engineering audits for learning opportunities
• Aid with ad hoc requests as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in inspections or safety compliance
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Pay

• $110,000 – $115,000 annually

Schedule

• Overnight travel required more than 50% of the time
