Field Support Manager Inspections - New England

About the role

This role will oversee inspection activity across a multi-state region, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational consistency in store environments. The manager will partner closely with store leadership and cross-functional teams to review findings, address immediate concerns, and strengthen inspection processes. Success in this position will come from turning audit results and field observations into practical improvements that support safer operations and stronger execution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled racking inspections across stores in the New England region
• Review and provide feedback on inspection materials and processes
• Collaborate with store leadership on training and immediate safety concerns
• Perform ad hoc requests as necessary
• Analyze independent engineering audit results for learning opportunities
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities in inspections
• Support safety and compliance with national rack standards

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of work experience in inspections or compliance roles
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Pay

$110,000 – $115,000 annually

Schedule

Overnight travel required more than 50% of the time
