About the role

Responsible for providing field support services to clients, including troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and improve processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs.
  • Document procedures and best practices for future reference.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in common IT tools and software.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
