About the role
The Field Support Manager is responsible for providing technical support to customers in their field locations. This includes troubleshooting issues, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers in field locations
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to products/services
- Document and track customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Train and mentor junior support staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
