About the role
The Field Support Manager is responsible for providing technical support to customers in their field locations. This includes troubleshooting issues, training users, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers in field locations.
- Train customers on the use of company products and services.
- Document and resolve customer issues using internal systems and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product/service offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques.
