About the role
The Field Support Manager is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to customers in their field locations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to customer equipment and systems.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar field.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Qualifications
- Experience with network infrastructure and server management.
- Knowledge of common IT software and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
