About the role
Responsible for providing field support services to clients, including troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve client-reported technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and track progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to address their needs and concerns.
- Document issues and resolutions in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with common IT tools and software.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.

Pay
