About the role

Responsible for providing field support services to clients, including troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve client-reported technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions and track progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to address their needs and concerns.
  • Document issues and resolutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with common IT tools and software.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
