Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service and foster positive customer relationships.
• Uphold the company's reputation for reliability, professionalism, and expertise.
• Conduct frequent domestic and international travel to meet customer needs.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate schedules and urgent requirements.
• Be on‑call for immediate assistance to resolve pressing issues.
• Independently manage responsibilities and make informed decisions in the field.
• Maintain professional standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote company values.
• Install industrial laundry systems at customer locations per specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, software).
• Perform meticulous repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide comprehensive on‑site training to clients on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to protocols and guidelines.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry advancements.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for weekends and evenings.
