Field Service Technician (100% Travel)

Responsibilities

  • Install, inspect, commission, and start up mechanical and electromechanical equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment failures, and complete corrective repairs to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions while utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to support service activities.
  • Serve as the primary on-site company representative, communicating service findings, recommendations, and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements, maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Complete accurate service reports and documentation, identify additional service opportunities, and provide feedback to internal teams to support product and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years of field service, mechanical, industrial maintenance, or related experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings and service documentation
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
  • MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREEN
