Field Service Technician - 90% Travel

About the role

The Field Service Technician serves as the primary representative of the Company, embodying our Core Values of excellence in customer service and technical support. This role requires frequent domestic and international travel (approximately 90% travel) and, when not traveling, work is performed remotely. The position demands flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and on‑call availability to address urgent customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Expertly install industrial laundry systems at customer locations, adhering to specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and software issues.
• Perform meticulous repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide comprehensive on‑site training to clients on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used.
• Cultivate positive customer relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Prioritize safety by strictly following protocols and guidelines on customer premises.
• Stay current with industry advancements and technologies.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for weekends and evenings to address urgent issues promptly.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent, fully remote position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $62,400 – $68,600, with compensation determined by qualifications, experience, and other job‑related factors.
