Field Service Tech II

Position Summary

Looking For Technician in the Sacramento, CA area. Must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday shift. Under the supervision of the Supervisor or Manager, be able to complete installation on all Light & Wonder Equipment and accessories. Perform basic troubleshooting techniques resolving problems in most Light & Wonder equipment in our facility, or at the customers location. Demonstrate basic administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license or state identification
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis for short distances
• Transport heavy equipment using proper moving devices
• Demonstrate safe and proper use of hand tools and power tools
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of PC operation, and security risks relating to PC operation
• Demonstrate basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Must demonstrate basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices
• Must demonstrate basic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshooting
• Must be able to perform basic troubleshooting techniques in isolating and correcting problems down to an assembly level
• Must be able to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externally
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Must have good problem solving skills

Work Conditions

• The working conditions are representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations.

Pay

The pay for this role is in the $27/hr range with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over-time, sign pay, and on-call pay. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
