Field Service Tech II
Position Summary
This Technician will cover NW Indiana and will cover casinos from Hammond, IN to South Bend, IN. Are you ready to level up your career? Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age, maintain a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required
- One year experience in the assembly, sing, and repair of electronic gaming devices, or six months experience and related gaming school certificate of completion, or equivalent
- Perform basic troubleshooting techniques in isolating and correcting problems down to an assembly level
- Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices
- Basic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshooting
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis for short distances
- Transport heavy equipment using proper moving devices
- Demonstrate safe and proper use of hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge of PC operation, and security risks relating to PC operation
- Able to read and understand Light & Wonder schematics and service manuals
- Able to prepare conversion projects or installations with limited or no supervision
- Able to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externally
- Good problem-solving skills
