Field Service Tech II

Responsibilities
- Transport, install (if applicable), and maintain IGT equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized and structured manner.
- Attend driver training and follow IGT vehicle policy regarding the use and maintenance of the company vehicle.
- Maintain equipment to promote continuous operation of IGT equipment.
- Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning equipment to working order in the field, including swapping failed equipment, cleaning, and/or minor adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with Dispatchers, accurately reporting activity, arrival and departure times, problems, details, and resolutions of failures.
- Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts (e.g., paper, ribbons, betslips) and track inventory of these items.
- Provide basic training to new Retailers or refresher/remedial training to Retailers performing procedures incorrectly (e.g., changing paper and ribbon).
- Complete basic forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, and recommendations for procedural improvements.
Requirements
- High school degree or GED equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-related position.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical repairs.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to correctly perceive colors.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift/carry equipment weighing up to fifty (50) pounds for significant distances (e.g., from a parked vehicle to a Retailer’s location or rooftop).
- Ability to sit and drive for prolonged periods, demonstrate dexterity when working with tools, and work with moving parts and electrical current.
- May work at heights (rooftop), in close quarters, or be exposed to inclement weather during installations.

Pay
The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $28–$30 hourly USD, based on skills, experience, education, and geographic location. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws.
