Field Service Tech II
Position Summary
At Light & Wonder, we are seeking a Customer facing Field Service professional to join our award-winning team. This role is based near Marlborough, MA and offers opportunities to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our cutting-edge gaming machines and table games.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain and maintain gaming licenses as required.
- One year experience in the assembly, sing, and repair of electronic gaming devices, or six months experience and related gaming school certificate of completion, or equivalent.
- Basic troubleshooting techniques in isolating and correcting problems down to an assembly level.
- Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming type devices.
- Basic understanding of network communication, and network troubleshooting.
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis for short distances.
- Able to transport heavy equipment using proper moving devices.
- Basic knowledge of PC operation, and security risks relating to PC operation.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Able to prepare conversion projects or installations with limited or no supervision.
- Able to maintain good customer relations, both internally and externally.
- Good problem-solving skills.

Light & Wonder Corporation and its affiliates are engaged in highly regulated gaming and lottery businesses. As a result, certain Light & Wonder may, among other things, be required to obtain a gaming or other license(s), undergo background investigations or security checks, or meet certain standards dictated by law, regulation or contracts.
Pay
The pay range for this role is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, with eligibility to receive other supplemental earnings such as over-time. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, specific work geography, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
