About the role
You will be the face of Phillips, based out of your residence and mastering the territory Monday through Friday in a company-supplied van. Your daily responsibilities will involve engineering excellence: troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing complex CNC machines and systems, and bringing new, state-of-the-art machinery online through precision installations. Beyond the technical work, you'll provide world-class customer service that goes beyond the repair—building genuine, lasting relationships and creating legendary value. A critical part of your role will be roadblock elimination: proactively seeking out and annihilating any obstacle that stands between our customers and peak productivity, thus ensuring long-term partnerships and securing future work for Phillips.
Requirements
- Deep experience with CNC machinery OR a strong mechanical and electrical background
- Mechatronics, Machining, or Engineering certification or degree is a plus, but industry experience and demonstrable skill are paramount
- Proven track record in a service or maintenance environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to be the most knowledgeable service engineer in the industry, with a desire to continually learn each and every day
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the month within your assigned region between Monday and Friday

Pay
Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $55,000.00 and $75,000.00 annually.
