Field Project Representative 4

About the role

The Field Project Representative 4 position is part of DOWL's Construction Engineering and Inspection team. DOWL is a leading consulting firm with over 60 years of experience in civil engineering and related services. The position requires a strong background in construction administration and inspection, with the ability to travel frequently to various construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contract plans and specifications
• Observe and inspect work performed by contractors
• Note taking and documentation
• Prepare pay requests and record keeping
• Assist with responding to requests for information, change orders, and other field/construction administrative duties

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in construction administration and inspection
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Ability to interpret and apply industry standards and regulations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to create and interpret graphs and understand statistical analysis
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $45.01 - $67.52. Base salary plus other forms of compensation based on position and location.

Schedule

This position may require night shifts and weekends as necessary.
