About the role
As a Field Operations Specialist, you'll be employed by TalentBurst, AirGarage's Employer of Record partner, while working on-site as part of the AirGarage field team. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground presence at one or more of our parking lots or garages—patrolling the property, verifying payment, and making sure every customer has a smooth experience. We're looking for highly motivated people with the potential to grow within the company; you'll manage your own workflow and take ownership of ensuring your assigned lot(s) and garages meet our standards.
Responsibilities
- Patrol: Regularly walk your assigned lot(s) or garage(s) on foot to check on parked vehicles (you won't be moving any cars).
- Multi-location coverage: Provide coverage across multiple locations within your assigned area, as needed.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Scan & verify: Use AirGarage's Space Force app on your smartphone to scan license plates and verify active payment.
- Citation management: Issue citations to vehicles that haven't paid through the app, and leave a physical notice on the vehicle when needed. In some markets, you may also immobilize (boot) repeat violators.
