Field IT Support Technician
Position Description
As a Field IT Support Technician, you will perform onsite installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment, printers, and specialized Key Control equipment. Each technician is provided with a company vehicle that will be used to travel to our customer sites. Other duties include maintaining an inventory of repair parts and documenting your work through our service tracking system.

Training
You will have an assigned territory and will attend a paid training program in College Station, Texas. The training is primarily a hands-on familiarization course of the equipment at customer sites and will also teach our policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Technical Associates Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- 1+ Years of Technical Experience (Hardware/Networking)
- Must Be Able to Lift at Least 50 Pounds on a Consistent Basis
- Must Be Able to Attend a Paid Training Class in Texas
- Must Have a Valid Driver’s License, With Fewer Than 2 Moving Violations in the Last Three Years and No OVI/DUI/DWI Violations in the Last Five Years
- Good Communication Skills
- Customer Service Experience
- A+ and/or Network+ Certified is a Plus
- Ability to Travel, With Hotel Stays, Up to 20% of the Time
