Responsibilities

  • Inventory planning and control:
    • Execute daily inventory program transactions (capital evaluations, consignment, cycle-counting) and provide troubleshooting and support to the field selling organization.

    • Support new product launches by following established procedures and processes.
  • Data analysis and reporting:
    • Perform analysis of operational and inventory data (inventory levels, forecast accuracy, service level, backorder, lead time, E&EO, short shelf life).
    • Build, maintain, and clean databases for ongoing operations analysis.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Operations metrics reports and translate them into actionable insights for decision-making.
    • Identify and diagnose key improvement opportunities based on trend and indicator analysis.
  • Process automation:
    • Design and develop Power Apps applications to digitize manual inventory processes (cycle-counting, consignment control, field requests, approvals).
    • Automate repetitive workflows using Power Automate, integrating them with SAP, Excel, SharePoint, and other data sources.
    • Build dynamic dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize inventory KPIs in real time.
    • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into low-code technology solutions.
  • Quality and compliance:
    • Document and execute inventory management processes in accordance with SOPs and work instructions (WIs).
    • Participate in internal quality audits, follow-up meetings, and assigned tasks.
    • Maintain compliance with the Quality Policy and other documented processes, demonstrating a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality.

Requirements
