Federal Project Manager

About the role

We'll count on you to plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects. You will also directly support the Senior Project Management team on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in project pursuits and develop project scope.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, and be involved in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
  • Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents in collaboration with multidisciplinary staff.
  • Develop, maintain, and update engineering schedules and spending plans; track progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure work is completed within approved schedule and cost parameters.
  • Facilitate/project review meetings in collaboration with Accounting and technical team management.
  • Provide project management services as a staff-augmented resource, operating as part of the client's day-to-day project team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
  • Professional Engineering (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) (AIA) license
  • PMP Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 7 years related experience
  • A minimum of 2 years project management experience
  • The ability to interact with various design teams, possess excellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
