Your Mission

As a Farrowing (Day One) Technician on day shift in Longford, KS, you’ll help ensure newborn piglets get a strong, healthy start. This entry-level, full-time role exists to support animal care standards through consistent, hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to newborn piglets and support early-life health needs
• Follow established protocols for handling, sanitation, and recordkeeping
• Monitor animals closely and communicate concerns promptly to the team
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next set of tasks

Required Qualifications/skills

• Dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working onsite around animals
• Able to learn quickly with on-the-job training and follow written/verbal instructions
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and work in barn environments
