- Base Salary $35,000-$40,000 based on experience.
- Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Career minded vision.
- Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license and Life & Health insurance license or the willingness to obtain one.
- Met new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Ask each client for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Treat each client contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Qualifications
- Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license and Life & Health insurance license or the willingness to obtain one.
