Compensation

Salary + Commission + Bonus Structure!

Benefits

  • Base Salary $35,000-$40,000 based on experience.
  • Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license and Life & Health insurance license or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Met new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Ask each client for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each client contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.

Qualifications

  • Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license and Life & Health insurance license or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
