Responsibilities

• Connecting with new prospects through leads, referrals, and outreach
• Understanding each customer's needs and preparing quotes for Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other coverage options
• Turning prospective customers into long-term clients by following up consistently throughout the sales process
• Managing leads and customer activity through agency systems
• Working toward individual and team sales goals

Requirements

• Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships
• Are motivated by goals, achievement, and earning potential
• Feel comfortable communicating over the phone and following up with prospects
• Can stay positive and persistent when you hear "no"
• Are coachable and willing to try new approaches
• Stay organized and take ownership of your responsibilities
• Have sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or other customer-facing experience
• Hold an insurance license or are willing to complete the required licensing

Qualifications

• Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
