Facility Project Manager

Position Summary

The company is currently seeking a full-time Facility Project Manager. The role is directly responsible for project profitability, daily operations and client partnering. This position is part of our upper-level management and responsibilities include but are not limited to project financial performance, client relations, operational improvements and site staff management. This opportunity oversees a number of Southern Florida locations.

Experience and Skills required

• Minimum four-year degree in business management or mechanical HVAC
• A minimum of five years related experience with a technical background (maintenance management / facility management)
• Must have current or past membership in one or more of the following: IFMA, BOMI, PMI, SMRP, IASS, ASHRAE
• Detailed understanding of financial statements and how to manage them
• Creative and innovative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proven ability to have a planned and systematic approach to time management, project management, and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills, able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate a message in a clear and precise way
• Ability to negotiate contracts
• Ability to manage conflict resolution in a professional manner
• Strong HR skills and a genuine interest in the development and success of our employees
• Fanatical customer service and client-focused
• Demonstrated effective leadership abilities

Schedule

Full-time; 40 hours a week; Day shift, Monday through Friday. Must be able to work nights and weekends if required. This position is considered as essential personnel and be available 24/7, as needed.

Based on experience, plus benefits. Total Compensation Package to include: A company vehicle will be provided.
