We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting has a description summary, essential duties, secondary duties, supervisory responsibilities, requirements (qualifications, education, certificates, skills), physical demands, work environment, key points (company description), pay range disclosure, salary description. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (summary), Responsibilities (essential duties, secondary duties, supervisory responsibilities), Requirements (qualifications, education, certificates), Skills (skills list), Benefits (key points mentions benefits), Pay (pay range disclosure), Schedule? Not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove those lines. Also remove application instructions, job type full-time maybe not needed as heading but could be included in a short p? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Job Type Full-time is metadata; we can include in a short p maybe under About the role or separate? Probably include a short p at top:

Job Type: Full-time

. But they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading; they didn't forbid other metadata. We'll include a brief p. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties etc. That's a lot. We'll need to list them in
  • . Might be long but okay. We need to avoid duplication: essential duties and secondary duties and supervisory responsibilities all under Responsibilities? Could separate subheadings? But only allowed headings are those listed; we cannot add custom headings like "Essential Duties". We could combine all duties into one Responsibilities section with bullet points covering essential, secondary, supervisory. That's acceptable. Similarly, Requirements section could include qualifications, education, certificates. Skills separate. Benefits section: from key points: "competitive benefit package with Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending, Tuition Reimbursement, Childcare Subsidy, Retirement, Life Insurance, and many other benefits." Pay section: pay range disclosure. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include EEO boilerplate; we need to remove those lines. We must not include navigation etc. Let's extract substantive content: Summary: "The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for supervising the maintenance of all corporate owned and leased facilities by performing the following duties personally, or through delegating to subordinate employees. Familiar with all aspects of commercial building operations including but not limited to; H.V.A.C mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, etc. and ensure all equipment and systems are operated in a safe and efficient manner and are in compliance with all applicable government codes and regulations." Essential Duties And Responsibilities list: many bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We'll need to convert each sentence into a

Expect to participate in internal and external training sessions and activities not described here which enhance the quality of service to the client. Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervises the Senior Facilities Technicians, the Facilities Technicians, the Facilities Assistants and the Mail Courier/Facilities Technician. We'll combine all these into Responsibilities. Requirements section: includes QUALIFICATIONS heading but we will not repeat as heading; we will put content under Requirements

. Inside we can have paragraphs and lists. Qualifications text: "To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." Education And/or EXPERIENCE: "Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience." CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: "OSHA 10 certified, or working towards certification Valid Driver’s License" Skills: list of skills. Physical Demands and Work Environment: we could include under Requirements? But we have no specific heading for those; we could include them under Requirements as additional paragraphs, but maybe better to include them under Requirements as they are part of requirements. However the instruction: Use headings only for those listed; we can still include paragraphs under Requirements that cover physical demands and work environment. That's okay. Key Points (company description) we will put under Benefits? Actually Benefits heading is for benefits; we have benefits info in key points. We'll put that under Benefits

. The company description about Charlesbridge could be considered "About the role"? But we already have About the role summary. The key points is more about company and benefits. We'll split: Benefits section for benefits; maybe also include company description under About the role? The instruction: About the role heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can put the summary under About the role. The company description about Charlesbridge could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to include there as extra paragraph. But we must not invent content; it's real. We'll include it under About the role after the summary. Pay section: pay range disclosure. We must not include Schedule. Now produce HTML. We'll start with a short p for Job Type: Full-time. Then

    About the role

    then

    summary + company description. Then

    Responsibilities

    then
      with all duty items. Then

      Requirements

      then

with qualifications text, education, certificates, skills, physical demands, work environment. But we need Skills separate heading per rules: we have Skills heading. So we should separate skills into its own

      Skills

. Similarly Benefits separate. Thus Requirements will contain qualifications, education, certificates, physical demands, work environment. Skills will contain skills list. Benefits will contain benefits info. Pay will contain pay range. Let's extract skills list: "Basic knowledge of the banking and financial services industry including federal laws and regulations Willingness to gain new knowledge and technical skills. Intermediate typing skills to meet the production needs of the position. Intermediate math skills: the ability to calculate interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio, and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs. Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, read, analyze, and interpret documents and professional journals, understand procedures, write reports, correspondence, and procedures, speak clearly to customers and employees." We'll make each as
    • . Physical Demands text: "The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; use sufficient hand, arm and finger dexterity or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision." Work Environment: "The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate." We'll include those as paragraphs under Requirements. Now Benefits: "Charlesbridge is committed to providing equal opportunity for all employees and applicants without regard to ..."? That's EEO, we must remove. The benefit package sentence: "To support our employees, we offer a competitive benefit package with Medical
