Facilities Supervisor

ASRC Federal is a leading government contractor advancing missions in space, public health, and defense. As an Alaska Native‑owned corporation and a top veteran employer, we are seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support our NASA prime program at the NASA Wallops Flight Facility in Wallops Island, VA.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and route work orders; maintain current work order status, reporting requirements, and delivery order tracking for maintenance activities.
• Serve as point of contact for ordering, creating, and maintaining Purchase Orders.
• Provide monthly reporting on work order statistical issues as requested by management and NASA customers.
• Craft and distribute the After‑Hour call‑in report.
• Produce Work Control reporting for weekly O&M meetings, NASA, and NAVY partnering meetings.
• Manage major/minor repairs, create Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, track progress, and report on progression.
• Ensure mission‑readiness status of work orders and coordinate with local leadership regarding work order status in preparation for upcoming missions.
• Oversee vehicle control and registration.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of experience in lieu of 1 year of education.

Experience: 5 + years of related work experience.
