About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Facilities Supervisor to join our Phoenix team. As the Facilities Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the Facilities Staff and day to day operations at the Phoenix Authentication Center. This position will report to the Associate Director, West Coast Facilities.
What You Get To Do Everyday
- Supervises Facilities staff at the Phoenix Authentication Center
- Provides day to day management of all onsite and outside vendors
- Manages small facilities projects
- Lead and provide support to the cleaning crew
- Supports Associate Director with Capital Project Management
- Tracking and reporting repairs and additional services
- Establish and coordinate all preventive maintenance on all of the equipment
- Coverage of moves, add and changes projects
- Schedule furniture delivery and installation
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly facility inspections to identify necessary repairs or servicing
- Create purchase orders for Facilities vendors and services
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in facilities management in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization skills
- Proactive and able to show initiative and ideas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic maintenance and repair skill set
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with attention to details
- Provides hands-on facilities assistance

- Provides day to day management of all onsite and outside vendors
- Manages small facilities projects
- Lead and provide support to the cleaning crew
- Supports Sr manager with Capital Project Management
- Tracking and reporting repairs and additional services
- Establish and coordinate all preventive maintenance on all of the equipment
- Coverage of moves, add and changes projects
- Schedule furniture delivery and installation
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly facility inspections to identify necessary repairs or servicing
- Create purchase orders for Facilities vendors and services
- Aid in managing 3rd party vendors
- Responsible for maintaining ticketing SLA’s and responses
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of facilities management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to maintain order in complex operations
- An innovative mindset, consistently demonstrating initiative and presenting new ideas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information
- Strong decision-making abilities, allowing for quick and effective problem-solving
- Understanding of building operations equipment, maintenance and repair
- Outstanding multi-tasking skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to provide hands-on facilities assistance and lift 50 lbs
- Availability to perform mandatory overtime in emergency situations and projects
