Facilities Supervisor

Engineering Supervisor to lead a team delivering safe, efficient facility operations across commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sites. Key Responsibilities Oversee building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and direct effective repairs.Schedule and train technicians to maintain service quality.Ensure safety practices and regulatory compliance.Coordinate vendor activities and manage work orders.Administer budgets and track maintenance performance.Partner with clients to meet established service standards. Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of mechanical and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).Proven leadership experience supervising technical maintenance teams.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex issues.Ability to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.Experience managing work orders, vendors, and budgets.Effective communication and client partnership skills.
