About the role
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of all company facilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to cleaning standards.
- Maintain and repair company equipment and facilities as needed.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate with external contractors as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with facility management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
Remote work is not available at this time.
