Facilities Supervisor

Role: Senior Supervisor of Facilities Responsibilities Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the East Hills campus, including building maintenance, custodial services, security coordination, and grounds management.Supervise staff, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage vendors to ensure optimal facility operations.Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations across all operational areas.Collaborate with program, fitness, and camp teams to support events, room setups, and seasonal needs.Uphold an inclusive, community-centered environment, providing a welcoming space for members and visitors. Qualifications & Skills Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or related fields.Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.Knowledge of safety, health regulations, and vendor management.Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage multiple responsibilities.Commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming community environment.
