Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and contract compliance for assigned projects
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within approved budgets, and in accordance with quality standards
- Guide and manage project teams including customers, contractors, consultants, and internal resources
- Carefully coordinate integration of project elements across stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Delegate project activities and monitor progress across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Apply conflict management strategies to maintain productive collaboration among stakeholders
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication to support successful project completion
- Oversee scope, time, cost, quality, and change management processes
Compliance/Regulations
- Manage contractual compliance and vendor relationships for assigned projects
- Define and implement contractual and financial strategies aligned with project goals
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Services to prepare documentation for contract awards
- Support the ROCIP program on selected projects
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Documentation/Recordkeeping
- Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and records
- Prepare financial reports, status updates, and activity reports to support decision making
- Ensure documentation supports issue resolution, communication, and project transparency
- Organize and store project records in accordance with institutional requirements
- Maintain clear and complete documentation for all project phases
Other Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing ground-up healthcare construction projects and experience supporting or leading large-scale capital projects.
Pay
$106,500 - $133,000 - $159,500
