What You’ll Do
- Clean Breakrooms and restrooms, restocking amenities as needed.
- Empty trash in offices and shops,
- Basic building maintenance.
- Additional basic cleaning tasks:
- Power clean and mop floors, clean floor mats
- Basic Havoc maintenance
- Basic Electrical, changing light bulbs.
- Plumbing skills
- Snow plowing too, (hours subject to vary in winter with plowing)
- Painting inside and outside (if needed)
- General Building Maintenance such as grass cutting, weed treatment and minor landscaping ability.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must have driver’s license and insurable (required)
- Forklift certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to use and climb ladders
- Must be comfortable with heights and follow all safety protocols.
Work Environment
- The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to dirt, dust, and fumes from the shop, as well as temperature changes due to weather.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
