What You’ll Do

• Clean Breakrooms and restrooms, restocking amenities as needed.
• Empty trash in offices and shops,
• Basic building maintenance.
• Additional basic cleaning tasks:
• Power clean and mop floors, clean floor mats
• Basic Havoc maintenance
• Basic Electrical, changing light bulbs.
• Plumbing skills
• Snow plowing too, (hours subject to vary in winter with plowing)
• Painting inside and outside (if needed)
• General Building Maintenance such as grass cutting, weed treatment and minor landscaping ability.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must have driver’s license and insurable (required)
• Forklift certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to use and climb ladders
• Must be comfortable with heights and follow all safety protocols.

Work Environment

• The employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.
• The employee is occasionally exposed to dirt, dust, and fumes from the shop, as well as temperature changes due to weather.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
